Algonquin Equipment is looking for a Service Advisor to join their team! This person needs to be customer oriented and willing to go the extra distance to ensure that every customer’s experience at the dealership is a great one. Ultimately, you will work directly with customers to understand their needs and provide our technicians with the information required to successfully complete the services needed.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Helping Customers In-Store: Greet customers and help schedule servicing appointments.
- Generate Repair Orders: Obtain necessary information from customers, listen to concerns, and accurately document their vehicles issues.
- Provide Customer with Updates: Keep customers informed about the status of their vehicle through the repair process.
- Educate Customers on Service Intervals: Provide recommended maintenance on vehicles.
- Paperwork & Invoicing: File warranty claims on vehicles, estimate the cost and time needed for repairs and advise customers, write up technician notes and assemble bill for customer.
Skills & Qualifications
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong customer service skills.

- Proficiency with industry-specific software.

- Team player: Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
Schedule
- Monday-Friday 8am-5pm
- Weekends: Flexibility to work some Saturdays: 9am-1pm.
- Full-time, Permanent
