Algonquin Equipment is looking for a Service Advisor to join their team! This person needs to be customer oriented and willing to go the extra distance to ensure that every customer’s experience at the dealership is a great one. Ultimately, you will work directly with customers to understand their needs and provide our technicians with the information required to successfully complete the services needed.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Helping Customers In-Store: Greet customers and help schedule servicing appointments.
  • Generate Repair Orders: Obtain necessary information from customers, listen to concerns, and accurately document their vehicles issues.
  • Provide Customer with Updates: Keep customers informed about the status of their vehicle through the repair process.
  • Educate Customers on Service Intervals: Provide recommended maintenance on vehicles.
  • Paperwork & Invoicing: File warranty claims on vehicles, estimate the cost and time needed for repairs and advise customers, write up technician notes and assemble bill for customer.

Schedule

  • Monday-Friday 8am-5pm
  • Weekends: Flexibility to work some Saturdays: 9am-1pm.
  • Full-time, Permanent
